SPORTS & EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

Sports & Games :

      The Department of Physical Education in    the College has the distinction of having talented students for Cricket,  Hockey, Kabaddi, Football and Weight Lifting teams and they secured top positions at university, inter university and state levels.
      Our College Hockey team captain R. Govindarajan and Goal keeper Shunmuga Sundaram were selected for the Senior Tamil Nadu Hockey team.
      Our football team key player Mr. D. Gopalakrishnan was selected to represent the Tamilnadu senior team in the Santhosh Trophy football tournament.
      A special note of appreciation is due for the extraordinary performance of Mr. K. S. Sridhar Director of Physical Education of our college who was awarded with a medal by the university of Madras for securing third position in the All India Inter University Ball Badminton (Men) Tournament.
